Thoughts/Emotions/Observations:
The article made me perceive Luxembourgers as relatively reserved and somewhat proper. They find no reason to flaunt their opulence among each other and they refrain from invading in the privacy of others. They don't think it's inappropriate to use kissing as a greeting; I believe that shows how refined they are as people. They tend to denounce gum chewing in public, an activity that is widely practiced here in the U.S., which was an eyebrow raiser to me.

Article's Relation to Culture:
Social etiquette practices that are manufactured by a certain society are an essential part of culture for that group of people. How people behave in public tend to correlate to how they are raised in their own home. Social etiquette has the ability to reveal traditions and customs that have been passed down for several years. Customs are one of the various elements that can be identified in culture.
